ACCESS - Airports: Barcelona and Reus Airports are 35 minutes drive. Flights to Reus (near Tarragona) are available from Ryanair from London Stanstead, Luton, Liverpool, Glasgow, Dublin, and Frankfurt. Iberia offer flights from Madrid, and Palma de Mallorca. The Calafell railway station is only 10 minutes walk - its possible to fly in to Barcelona, and take taxi or train to rent this lovely villa - no need to rent a car!

ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
The lovely Villa Mas Mel is a short walk away from the beach of Calafell on the Costa Dorada, well known for its clean beaches, and family friendly facilities. Shops, cinema, restaurants are 5 minutes walk.
The four storey villa comprises on the lower floor of a lounge/dining area fully furnished to a very high standard a large dining table with leather chairs, two very large leather sofas, tables, a T.V. with satellite system receiving British chanels. From here large double patio doors open onto the swimming pool area and garden. To one side is the kitchen fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob,frige/freezer, dishwasher, kettle etc (all crockery,cutlery, glasses are supplied). A patio door from the kitchen leads onto the dining terrace by the pool. Please note
The 2nd floor includes the entrance hall, a double garage with utility area including washing machine, wash basin and ironing facilities. A Bathroom and shower room, with WC is also situated on this floor.
On the third floor there is Bedroom#1 - the master bedroom with king size double bed, wardrobes, etc and a large en-suite bathroom with double wash basin, vanity mirror, bidet, large corner bath, shower, WC, wardrobes. Patio doors lead onto a large balcony. Also on the 3rd floor is Bedroom#2 with double bed, storage area, and a patio door leading onto the large balcony.
On the top floor stairs lead to a landing with Bedroom#3 with king size double bed, and a patio door leading to a balcony. Bedroom#4 with 2 single beds and patio door leading to balcony. There is a full bathroom suite, with vanity mirror, hand basin, WC, bath/shower and bidet.
There is central heating in every room.
Paved paths lead through the gardens with various types of palms, olive trees & cactus plants to the paved area around the private swimming pool (7.5 meters x 4 meters).
There is a barbecue area with a large table, and 8 chairs by the poolside.
Two shaded terraces are equipped with sofa & coffee table, and circular dining table with four chairs.

The remarkable golden beaches gave this region it s name and the 5km pedestrian promenade hosts an abundance of restaurants, shops and ice-cream parlors.
