ABOUT ACCOMMODATION
This beautiful property is set just a stones throw away from the beach of Calafell on the Costa Dorada, renowned for its clean beaches and unspoilt culture.
The three story house comprises of the lower floor with double bedroom (king-size bed) with built in wardrobes, a twin bedroom with two single beds (both bedrooms with pool and garden views) and a large bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The middle floor consists of a large living room with floor to ceiling windows showing the sea views, dining area and a large plasma TV with satellite sky movies in English, plus BBC and ITV. Additionally there’s a large collection of DVD’s available.
The kitchen is fully equipped and modern with a five ring cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle etc.
On the top floor there is another double bedroom with king-size bed and built in wardrobes. There is also a single bedroom with wardrobe. A bathroom with shower is also situated on this floor.

The private garden is full of mature palm trees and Mediterranean flowers and is south facing. There are outside sofas and tables, sun loungers and a large brick BBQ along with a shady dining area overlooking the swimming pool (6m x 4m).
Also offered is the use of pool inflatables and mountain bikes.
The house is situated just a one minute drive or a ten minute walk to the heart of Calafell where there are fantastic restaurants and bars.
